La nouvelle Direction Générale a reçu ce jeudi 1er Octobre 2020 dans nos locaux les opérateurs postaux de la place dans le but d’échanger sur les difficultés liées à ce secteur. Dans son intervention, le Directeur Général M. Yacouba CISSE a invité les opérateurs à se mettre en règle devant la loi car dira-t-il en substance la régulation ne signifie pas de faire le gendarme mais elle a plutôt pour rôle de conseiller, d’encadrer, d’orienter et d’accompagner les partenaires.
Pour sa part le Directeur Général Adjoint Mr Mamy DIABY a insisté sur la nécessité d’une régulation participative pour avoir une vision claire de ce que font les opérateurs postaux afin d’insuffler un nouvel élan à leur activité. Enfin il y a eu un débat fructueux au tour des questions fondamentales liées à l’amélioration de l’environnement du secteur postal de notre pays.
En les remerciant de cette forte mobilisation pour cette prise de contact et avant de lever la séance, le Directeur Général a encore une fois exhorté les opérateurs postaux au respect des textes règlementaires pouvant permettre au régulateur d’apporter des solutions aux différentes difficultés évoquées au cours de la rencontre.
