Dans le cadre de la Régulation des transactions électroniques, s’est tenue ce Mardi 07 Décembre 2021 dans les locaux de l’ARPT, une réunion présidée par Monsieur Yacouba CISSE, Directeur Général de l’ARPT.
L’objet de cette réunion qui a réuni des cadres de la BCRG et les acteurs du mobile money (Orange Finances Mobiles Guinée, MTN Mobile Money, Akiba Finances et YUP de la Société Générale) avait pour but de partager avec eux, les dispositions contenues dans le projet d’Arrêté Conjoint portant Fixation des Redevances issues des Transactions Electroniques en République de Guinée afin de requérir l’avis de chaque partie avant d’entériner ledit document.
Cette démarche obéit à la vision de Régulation Participative initiée par la Direction générale de l’ARPT afin de garantir une Régulation au service de l’Etat, des Etablissements de Monnaie Electronique et des Consommateurs.
Cette série de rencontres s’élargira aux autres acteurs concernés par les Transactions électroniques, notamment les Banques Commerciales et Sociétés de Transfert de Fonds en vue d’encourager l’inclusion financière dans notre pays.
