Il s’est tenue du 11 au 12 Janvier 2021 au siège de l’ARPCE une visite de travail de l’ARPT Guinée. La délégation guinéenne composée de, Monsieur Seydou SOUMAH, Conseiller technique et Monsieur Sékou Oumar THIAM, chargé du suivi et contrôle de trafic, est arrivée à Brazzaville, précisément à l’ARPCE, pour une mission de BENCHMARK. Ayant appris que l’ARPCE dispose d’un ensemble d’outils de supervision très avancés, ils ont ainsi voulu profiter de son expertise dans le domaine du trafic, précisément sur les transactions financières, la data avec DPI et le contrôle de terminaux. Après les mots de bienvenue formulés par Monsieur Benjamin MOUNDZA, Directeur des réseaux et services de communications électroniques, la délégation a été invitée à visiter les infrastructures de suivi et de supervision des réseaux et des trafics. Ils ont été particulièrement captivés par l’ensemble des outils de supervision avancé présentés et ont félicité l’ARPCE pour cet investissement.
Au terme des deux jours de travaux, Monsieur Seydou SOUMAH, chef de la délégation, dans son mot de clôture, a chaleureusement remercié l’ARPCE pour l’accueil qui leur a été réservé ainsi que pour la qualité des échanges : « Vous êtes allés au-delà de nos attentes. Nous sommes suffisamment outillés. » a-t-il dit en substance. Il a aussi rappelé que la régulation était avant tout une question de bonnes pratiques et que les régulateurs gagneraient à échanger les bonnes pratiques entre elles. Il a appelé les régulateurs à travailler ensemble pour garantir les intérêts de l’Etat, des opérateurs.et garantir le meilleur service aux consommateurs.
Ces deux journées ont été clôturées par une photo de famille.
